In the semifinals, at Hubbard, Exchange defeated the Civitans 12-9 while the Knights of Columbus edged the Catholic War Veterans 6-5 at Snow. Jimmy Kenyon was the winning pitcher.

Scott Roberts pitches a one-hitter as Exchange defeats K of C 4-3 to become 1983 City Champs. The only K of C hit was a 2 run HR by Shaun Russell. Erich Linnemann drove in two Exchange runs. Winning manager was Joe Schuberth.
