I have the read the Acceptance Terms and Conditions for using the INTERNET at Middletown High School. I understand that this action is for educational purposes and that Middletown High School has taken precautions to restrict access to controversial information. However, I also recognize and understand that my child may either inadvertently or by design access inappropriate information. I agree this is a risk inherent in the use of the INTERNET and agree not to hold Middletown High School or its employees respoonsible if such information is acquired via the INTERNET. I al;so accept full responsibility for supervision if and when my child's access is not within a school setting. Finally, I accept all provisions included in the Terms and Conditions and agree to allow my child access to the INTERNET.
