Application for PTA Mini Grant
The purpose of the mini grant program is to disperse small amounts of money from the PTA treasury to provide one-time financial assistance to teachers, clubs or students who have a specific project in mind. Funding will be awarded based on the following explanation of the need, the beneficial nature of the project and the availability of funds in the treasury that have been budgeted for this use. Funding is budgeted at the start of the school year and is available throughout the year, until all funds have been spent. Please complete the following:

Please submit this application form to PTA Mini Grant Committee by placing it in the PTA mail box in the office. On the day you submit, please email me (mariaross@sbcglobal.net ) so I will pick it up. The PTA meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7pm in the library. You may come to present your written request in person if you choose.
