PURPOSE To assist the athletic department in the promotion, operation and perpetuation of all athletic programs and their athletes. Note: It is NOT the purpose to subsidize funds for necessities that should be provided by the Board of Education. WHAT We provide trophies for league champions and jackets for state champions. We sponsor three sports banquets each year. We provide the Lowry Wilderman Award for one male and female graduate. Each sport is represented by its own "Friends of _______" group. Individual "Friends of" groups use a fund raiser specifically for their sport. We strongly encourage all parents and alumni to become involved to aid and assist the endeavors of our athletes. We meet the FIRST WEDNESDAY of EVERY MONTH at 7:00 PM in the library. All are welcome to attend.
