From Middletown:
Take RT 9 N to RT 91 N to 84 East. Take the The Massachusetts Turnpike East. Get off at Interstate
Route 290 East (Worcester). Get off at Exit 22 (Main St.). Turn left at the end of the ramp. Turn left
at the first traffic light onto North Quinsigamond Ave. The DRC is a quarter mile on the right.

at Lake Waramaug, New Preston, CT
Route 9 North (all the way to the end) to I-84 West or you can take Route 691 (Route 66 out of town) west to
I-84 West then you have three choices (some more scenic, some quicker):
Take exit 39 off of I-84 onto Route 4, Farmington. Follow Route 4, after passing through Farmington and Unionville,
Route 4 will turn left and go through Burlington and Harwinton. In Harwinton, Route 4 becomes Route 118.
Follow this to Litchfield. At Route 202 (Facing Church), take a left onto Route 202 and follow to New Preston.
Take a right onto Route 45 just after passing under the traffic light. Then follow directions below to
Lake Waramaug State Park.
Choice #2
Take Exit 17 (Middlebury, RT 684) off of I-84. Follow this to Woodbury and take a right onto Route 6 and
pass through town until you reach Route 47 at a light. Take a left onto Route 47 and follow for nine miles through
Washington until Route 47 reaches Route 202 and go one mile to New Preston. Take right onto Route 45 just after
passing under traffic light. Then follow directions below to Lake Waramaug State Park.
Choice #3
Take exit 20 off of I-84, CT-8 towards Torrington. Take exit 42 and take a left at end of exit. Cross over
highway onto Route 118 into Litchfield. Follow to Route 202 to New Preston (about 9 miles). Take a right onto
Route 45. Then follow directions below to Lake Waramaug State Park.
After turning onto Route 45, go through New Preston until you reach lake. Stay on Route 45 for one mile with
the lake on your left until reaching North Shore Road and sign to State Park. Take left onto North Shore Road
and follow for two miles to State Park. This is the easiest route; however State Police may direct you in different
direction. Please be courteous and follow their directions.
at Quinsigamond Lake, Worcester, MA
Regatta Point State Park
10 Lake Ave N, Worcester
Take RT 9 north to RT 91 North to RT 84 East. Take the Massachusetts Turnpike East. Get off at
Interstate Route 290 East (Worcester). Get off at Exit 21 (Plantation St.). Turn right at the end of
the ramp. Turn left onto North Road (between the Mercandante Funeral Home and UMass Medical Center).
Proceed to Lake Ave and turn right. The park entrance is one hundred yards on the left.
Parking is available
along Lake Ave and around the hospital.
Seaboard Marina, 684 Tryon Street, S. Glastonbury:
Route 9 north to exit 16 (Portland/Rt 66 East)
Cross the Portland bridge, continuing straight on Main Street, Portland, CT-17A
Turn left at Glastonbury Turnpike, CT-17 and follow for about 3 miles
Turn left onto Old Maids Lane
Turn right (at end of Old Maids Lane) onto Tryon Street
The marina will be on your left. Parking should be available to the left of the entrance.
The race and team will be down the dirt road to the right of the entrance.

Take I-95 South to exit 3
Left off ramp onto Arch Street under I-95 Bridge
Go through one traffic light
Parking lot on immediate left (no fee)
Cross the street to Roger Sherman Baldwin Park (towards the water)
Secondary spectator area is on Steamboat Road in front of the Greenwich Capitol Building
and the Delmar Hotel (on the other side of the channel).
